1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the classified ad building software provided at AdBoom.ie ("the Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, buyers, sellers, and creators of listing pages.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use or create standalone advertisement listings on our site.

2. Description of Service

AdBoom.ie is a modern, high-speed classified advertisement software platform. We allow sellers in Ireland to generate custom standalone advertisement landing pages (including detailed specs sheets, image carousels, and print-ready PDF specification documents) and link prospective buyers directly to their mobile phone numbers or WhatsApp chats.

Please note that AdBoom.ie is a classifieds marketplace platform. We are not a broker, auction house, or retail store. We do not inspect, guarantee, own, or handle physical transactions of the listed products. Any agreement made between a buyer and a seller is strictly between those two parties.

3. User Commitments & Irish Law Compliance

All listings posted on AdBoom.ie must represent authentic products. You guarantee that:

• You are the lawful owner or authorized seller of the listed vehicle or merchandise.
• The technical specifications, condition descriptors, and pricing details provided are true, complete, and not misleading (in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act 2007).
• You will not post fraudulent items, stolen vehicles, or prohibited assets in Ireland.
• You will respect the intellectual property rights of brand marks and automotive manufacturers.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Irish and European law, AdBoom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages, including lost revenue, lost profits, or vehicle transaction disputes arising out of the use of our services or reliance on specifications displayed in listings.

Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring listing details (such as mechanical status or VAT inclusions) are completely correct prior to finalizing sales agreements.

5. Listing Deletion & Termination

We reserve the right to review, suspend, or terminate any listings or accounts that violate Irish advertising standards, our Platform policies, or contain malicious content, without notice.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service, your use of AdBoom.ie, and any disputes arising out of or related to our platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any legal action or proceedings shall be brought exclusively before the courts of Ireland sitting in Dublin.
